Sobriety is a superpower. Never had an issue with drugs or alcohol - made a conscious decision to cut it out of my life a few years back and it was the best choice I’ve ever made. Give it a spin - it’ll change your life.

Which "drugs"? The compounds traditionally referred to as "drugs" have wildly different profiles. Some of them (psychedelics) even have the ability to help one in their sobriety journey.

the assumption that people who are not sober are that way because they simply haven't made that conscious decision is your judgement of them.

Agreed! Both mind and body will be grateful for this choice. One aspect that’s greatly overlooked is the huge improvements in sleep quality. Sleep is the fundament of the quality of our life, so it seems like a pretty good investment

I gave it a spin and agree that it is the way long term- but I do enjoy my head changes now and again. It’s a lot better when I don’t do it all the time. Takes willpower to keep it ceremonial but worth it.

Indeed. Makes you start to really question why it’s so pervasive in so many cultures. Consistent poisoning of the body, celebrated.

Drugs can be good and bad. Bad if they make you do the same things over and over again (addiction). Good if they make you question you doing the same thing over and over again (yoga). 🔮
