We are witnessing a transition to projects rewarding onchain engagement as much if not more than TVL and volume. In the past - mercenaries were rewarded for parking capital in a contract to farm tokens. Now - there's a noticeable shift to rewarding consistent engagement and social content. Bullish distribution.

Like yield farming (mercenary money) and NFTs and DAOs It's more experiments, most of which probably won't work. But we'll learn a few things, and keep the best aspects for the next incarnation of rewarding behavior.

Yes I think this is more a shift in the industry and where attention is. As we start to feel comfortable with infra and de-fi we move to platform focus and seeing social platforms start to emerge. Infra and de-fi needed tvl and volume to validate business model, social needs engagement and content.
