People who help fund you in some way can get a poap or an nft that they can use when they are IRL as a key to anything you wanted to token gate: supplies, secret spots, whatever.

I just got the title in the mail 😆 time to tokenize

I bought a very tiny amount for now, a mere one acre......buuuuuut the plan was that I would build this one first while buying the other plots as they come up for sale. The closest neighbor is 1 mile away, and there are no neighbors(if any) for miles in 3 directions. No plots around for sale atm either. $1600 all in

I was thinking I coul start by building 2 tiny houses(600sq ft each) and a food forest on the rest of the property >< that alone would take a year + and I could be expanding the land holdings at the time too

Wow! That's a massive undertaking, phew! Could I ask how much land you bought?

As for tokenization, perhaps you provide the plot/setup for plants/produce as a RWA system?

I have to admit that the idea sounds really challenging--maybe not crazy, but absolutely will require tons of dedication and hard graft!
