I’m seriously behind on the latest developments but looks like this is the end of the @moxie.eth road for me 

I’ve been pretty adamant about not having my own fan token for quite a bunch of reasons (and who needs my token anyway) and I’m not changing my decision now just to be able to earn rewards

It’s funny though since my engagement/social capital have been growing consistently but the pay off took a u-turn and dwindled 🤷‍♀️

Not everyone wants to have a token

then it sounds like it’s working a treat

removing the wealth extraction from the equation (people who don’t want a token but still want to eat)

the people aren’t supposed to get paid only from fan tokens

they’re supposed to get paid for content creation

that’s the whole point… otherwise why offer daily rewards at all?

not everyone has a fan token so clearly not everyone wants one

why force them to get one?

the idea that Jason is trying to change ppls behavior is the problem

On the daily rewards… the whole point of moxie being the underlying financial system of farcaster is that everyone earns rewards - so they’re changing the rules after thousands of ppl have put in effort. Not fair

but that’s fine? which people are you referring to specifically? 

regardless tho, you don’t have to own any of your own ft, u even get 5% for free along with extra when people sell 

and you’re still getting paid, you’re just getting taxed 20% instead of 0 - nothing about owning a ft stops you earning moxie
