Finally out of the woods, we can’t help but question the spammer classification system.

1. Lack of clarity on the spammer/normal user classification: A big problem
2. The categorization of spammers and some minority users is unclear: A tolerable, small problem
3. Focusing on regular users instead of spammers: A very big problem

I believe that problem is on 1 or 3
