Minor feedback: I find this screen overwhelming.

I’m with you on this. TBH the publish flow in general seems less friendly than something like mailchimp/medium I have gotten used to it, but I’m always worried I’ll make a mistake

beyond simplifying Dan's screenshot, how would you like to see the publish flow improved?

Like a wizard? Something like… 1. Post details (meta info, cover image) 2. Choose audience 3. Choose distribution channels (email/arweave/nft) 4. Schedule/Send I think most of the stuff on the current screen is important enough that I wouldn’t mind verifying every time I publish

I think the storing on arweave should be default

the three tab thingie never quite made sense to me. another thing: we briefly chatted about 'collections' during the welcome party. but if my publishing could have collection, then all these settings could be templetized and inherited based on their collection.

A lot of these settings could be defined in a different process before getting ready to publish. The publishing process should be as minimal as possible, imo. Maybe a checklist summary of the settings you've chosen and an "edit" button to take you back to the settings if needed.
