Not a burrito(close enough though lol), but you should try Yeastie Boy’s Bagels on Abbot Kinney — soooo good

Idt it's in Venice but in terms of other westside breakfast burritos, The Rico Suave burrito from the Rooster is pretty good. 

Also not in Venice, but the Short Rib Burrito from Kogi is technically a breakfast burrito and is 🔥 if you're into KBBQ

"in Venice" is the modifier. Not many good options on the west side (maybe Cerveteca in Culver). If you want to venture out, best breakfast burrito in greater LA is at Baran's 2239 in Hermosa Beach. Tacos Villa Corona in Atwater is another great choice.

If you want the best sandwich, go to Ggiata.
