Tried another new recipe tonight: caramelized chicken on top of bok choy ginger rice. Turned out just okay - the chicken was tasty but the rice wasn’t as flavorful as I hoped. Recipe below

Also, this is the first time I’ve had the Ridge Green & Red Zinfandel (first ever Green & Red release) and it was phenomenal
