I've never used Figma. Am I missing out? We're a team of 3 @paragraph and don't yet have any robust design system; but Tailwind and our internal reusable components have let us go far and ship quickly.

Seems like you’re haha. Your website has multiple basic issues with spacings, no styling unique to your brand except primary color - all due to using components someone else came up with. Just re-drawing what you have in figma would fix your issues and can add a solid brand styling on top of it + think UX deeper

Are you looking for any design help for figma, brand, product etc? You've got a cool name - can play with a P, and I like the product in general, been using a few newsletter tools in the past. At least get some of the basic assets, color scheme, can also suggest typefaces to add to your list when customizing etc.

There can be no churn because of all of these, but it's not a nice experience and may be limiting your growth.
