Had some of the best sushi I’ve ever had earlier today in Hakone.

The fish was tender and flavorful, the chef was extremely hospitable and it was a fraction of the price of Bay Area sushi!

Sushi in Japan has not disappointed

Japanese culture must be amazing, I've never been there. I hope to be able to go there someday. There are only two Japanese restaurants in my city, but every time I go there, it's an incredible experience with amazing flavors and atmosphere. Are you staying in Hakone for a few more days?
