Just finished Lord of the Flies, and I’m completely blown away. The raw intensity of human nature, stripped of society’s rules, is both terrifying and fascinating. Golding’s portrayal of innocence lost and the descent into chaos is haunting. The way the story explores the darkness within us all is truly unforgettable. If you haven’t read it yet, you’re missing out on one of the most powerful books ever written.

About books and interviews. Anyway, once I was looking for a new job, I chose from 4 companies. In general, many top managers have bookshelves in their offices. Mostly classics and management books. But not this one. He had exactly two books lying around: Sun Tzu's "The Art of War" and Machiavelli's "Principe". I immediately decided that I was ready to work with such a fundamental lead. By the way, I didn't regret it later.
