Reddit is getting much more aggressive in showing me content from subreddits I don’t follow.

Trending towards algorithmic based discovery as the default

IPO and then the inevitable slide to hell

It is clearly profit driven as others pointed out. What I don't get is why companies insist on removing the only advantage they have over competition for the profit purposes. It doesn't make any sense? Is this a "get bonus quickly and let it burn" management? WDYT?

If the discovery is relevant it’s a feature. 

It discovery is a miss it’s a bug

They’ve been beefing up their recommendations/ML teams. 

There has actually been very little recommendations going on throughout the product although it’s global.

Public company and profit things. I wonder where it lands by the end of the decade
