Cooked a 3 course meal for my girlfriend’s birthday last week. First course was mushroom thyme tartlets. Entree was a sous vide duck (first time cooking duck!) topped with a cherry reduction, on truffle cauliflower rice. The recipes & wine pairings were 100% provided by ChatGPT, and everything turned out well!

Here you go! My critique was that they didn’t taste as flavorful or mushroomy as I was hoping. I added some salt which helped, but if I were to do it again I’d add way more garlic or maybe some other sauce to the mushrooms

thank you :) i find i get a much deeper mushroom flavour if i cook them longer and also choose shiitaki or oyster mushrooms! a dash of parmesan in mushrooms also helps a ton since it has its own umami character
