More companies should open SPVs for their users when they raise a round of financing. Lots of companies are getting their beginnings on Farcaster (like Paragraph!). Users should be rewarded for helping use, provide feedback, and proliferate early-stage products

I've always heard its tough to get users / ordinary people to be fractional investors in your company due to accredited investor requirements and the problem of alot of people on a single cap table. What am I missing?

SPVs (eg AngelList SPV) appear as single entry on cap table, so I don't think your latter point is a big issue. For the former, I think a bunch of platforms handle accreditation compliance (eg Substack raised a bunch from their users recently and WeFunder handled this)

AngelList handles compliance. On the investor side, I found it really easy

Oh that's awesome. Okay I just didn't entirely understand SPVs. I heard linear.app did this and I was curious how they got past these hurdles. I think this is a great idea
