We have updated NounSwap.wtf to accommodate the recent proposal threshold change. 

In the case someone using NounSwap only has 1 Noun, it will create a candidate proposal for the swap. If it gains interest, another Noun holder can step in to sponsor to create an onchain proposal.

Why we made this change.
The number of Nouns required to create a prop is set by a formula based on the adjusted total supply of Nouns, which is the total Nouns minus those in the treasury and escrow. Recently, when the adjusted total supply hit 400, the number of Nouns required to create an onchain prop increased to 2

Submitting/Sponsoring a proposal now requires 2 Nouns.

Thanks! We defiantly would love to. We're at a point now where we have built what we can permissionlessly but to take it to the next level and require no governance we would need the support from the DAO.
