I'm surprised no one has built a prediction market app around weekly TV shows

Could be about predicting what happens in a reality show like The Bachelor, or next week's NFL game

You'd fund a wallet with some ETH and swipe left and right in a Tinder-like UI to place tiny bets on each event

The app would notify you when those markets have resolved, bringing you back into the app to bet more

The longer you keep your streak, the more house money the app could give you to play with

Yeah, this is absolutely a direction we’re planning to take when we attack new verticals.

Segmenting Farcaster into groups e.g. “people who watch The Bachelor” starts to be a lot of work for like 20-40 transactions right now sadly.

Let’s catch up! Definitely want to explore this line of thought. You’re insincere right?

Ooo you'd be the perfect person to work on this! But I hear you that Farcaster would be hard to segment into groups like that today

The main question I'd be asking myself is “what TV shows or events have the same group repeatedly come back for next episode, next season, etc?”
