Convince me I’m wrong: not a ton of incentive to be first to AA wallets given security risk / lack of Lindyness.

The only angle I might take here is that the current Wallet experience prohibits 80% of humans from wanting to use it. 

So a 30% chance of failure on something five times as many people might use is totally fine.

The baseline for crypto right now is failure relative to the global population.
