What’s the current implementability of ZK tech for companies that don’t have an expert/specialist on their team?

For a normal web2/fullstack dev to get spun up, I would say a week or two of reading/playing around to get comfortable with some of the ideas. The issue really is implementing constraints well, which is still pretty hard/takes a fair amount of effort to think through depending on the primitive.
