Farcaster

the /farcaster channel is a bit of a mess. 

- all new warpcast users follow it 
- people keep posting in there because it guarantees engagement
- that makes the channel followers home feeds low signal

i'd like to enforce some norms to make it useful again. if you subscribe to it, what do you think they should be?

My two cents

Make it what new people joining it expect it to be: a general discussion about the goings-on of the greater Farcaster project.

Then create a separate protocol specific channel with strict rules.

This is what I would suggest.  Having now read more of the replies here I can't help but feel pretty stupid for having posted my first post on here to the /farcaster channel, talking about how I thought it was a seamless experience signing up.  Had no idea it was meant to be strictly for development related stuff.
