I just bought two whole raw chickens on sale. I’ve never disassembled a whole chicken before. 

I feel accomplished that I learned something, and I really got exponential value for my dollar. 15 meals for $18. 

I may buy another one just so I can practice disassembling it..

I was so grateful that this was something my grandpa thought me. He used to buy 10 chicken and then he would cut them and prepare for winter. In Serbia we have this thing that we prepare food for winter, i guess its a tradition. So alongside my grandpa I learned how to cut it when I was in high school. Thank you grandpa.
