so you are saying that 8.2% is the same as the "9%" Proxy talked about getting at launch in November? 

will we get an update on the amicable resolution you're trying to get with him? clanker is one of the worst performers and that's likely because he still controls a significant supply, creating sell pressure, or withholding from buying because they think he does
