What’s going on Fitcasters?! Were you able to get into the gym today? Or workout in general? If so, what did you do? Should love if all of you could share! Movement of the day: KB Squat Cleans Try it out in your next workout. This is a great movement to add after a strength movement. Strength + power will always go well together!
