ok so i strength trained for the first time in a while and woke up w insane tightness in my thighs 🥹 are there any hacks? drinking a ton of water and bought a foam roller at 8am

stretch, foam roll, and also theragun !!! my brother is professional athlete and swears by his theragun. cc @coach-holness you may have some good tips here, too :)

These are perfect @ted I would also recommend an epsom salt bath! Or even a cold/hot contrast plunge.
