It’s hard to see how this trend stops because you have to be visible to socialize it, and with the heightened visibility comes increased appearance scrutiny. Pam Anderson’s been doing a good job, but still people hate her for simply having the courage to be ugly in a world where it’s worse for a woman to be ugly than it is for her to be as dumb as a monkey

societies should normalize aging for women. it's ridiculous that everything needs always to end in sexualization. I totally see your point
