Y’all these phantom notifications are killing me. Anyone else getting got?

Rolled out improvements. There were 2 issues: - Follows trigger the red dot, which is a nuisance for popular users. Why now? We fixed a bug with missing follow notifications, so as of a few days ago you see real volumes. - We showed users with incomplete profiles, resulting in "ghosts". These are real follows though.
