do you take vitamins? i try to get my vitamins from whole foods as much as i can but my current supplement rotation is: - magnesium (sleep) - vitamin d (live in the uk and get little sun) - vitamin c (immune system) - omega 3 (brain function) - probiotic drink (gut health) - turmeric (for joints) wby?

oh nice!! i haven't heard of elysium before nor quercetin, what are they mainly for?

Quercetin is an antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory effects, I have a condition for which it's recommended. Elysium is anti-aging (doctor friend recommended): for cells, brain, metabolic system and immune system, and skin. Wife likes them, I can't say I notice a difference. https://www.elysiumhealth.com/
