That's a first: YouTube just recommended an outright fraudulent cryptocurrency scam to me. 

It's fairly sophisticated:
- Livestream with comments off
- Read video of Tesla investor meeting
- Public display name changed to @Tesla 
- Periodically the video is interrupted by a deepfake of Elon telling you to scan QR code

I saw the same one but with SpaceX instead of Tesla! Clicked on it, shows Elon on stage talking (in his voice) about scanning a QR code and sending ETH to it. I reported it to YouTube.
