It‘s interesting how Bryan Johnson‘s videos on Youtube evolved from hyper complex protocols to master longevity to now showing you how to eat pretty normal but high quality food. I‘d bet his supplements regime and him working with doctors is much more effective than a viewer doing just his diet

Personally I think it’s the exact opposite! I.e normal stuff like eating well, getting enough sleep, exercise regularly, don’t smoke, limit sugar will probably get you 95% of the longevity benefits of his regime without the high cost blood testing, niche supplements, on-staff doctors etc.

yeah but 95% of longevity benefits means dying an age dead at 95 or so, would you agree? His marketing is "don't die"

That’s what his marketing says but there is no way he can achieve that only with what he’s doing now. The goal of life extension right now is to live long enough for real robust life extension tech to arrive. I think 95% of people will be able to achieve that with just the simple stuff I mentioned above.
