What’s your favorite self-care thing to do during the day?

Oh I definitely want to take more baths, probably after a quick shower. Never tried going to a bathhouse, but apparently people love them. They have these routines of cold baths and hot baths, forget which order, which they do after exercising.

feel like im going to get made fun of for this one but when im stressed out-- a book and a bath is the remedy

Sunny walks, time for writing and warm chocolate chips cookies fresh out of the oven before bedtime with a pot of Ayurvedic tea. I get the nutritional paradox there, but def a self-pampering thing I love.
