Setting up a split now, and curious what "Manually Distribute" means... Does this mean someone just needs to call a distribute function, and everyone in the CSV gets their funds? Or does it mean you need to manually distribute for each recipient?

Testing out a split for the civics-related projects in the @opencivics consortium. A quick, direct way for folks to support an ecosystem of "decentralized civics" (or /deciv ) projects.
