I often feel like we are “using the blade without a handle,” except the “blade” is computers / social media / AI and the “hand” we grasp it with is our psyche.

I’ve been thinking of this as a design problem - like ill fitting prosthetics, or a failure to design for better psycho-spiritual ergonomics.
