Yes i know its literally $16 transaction i figured out i have a little bit of coins in an old coinbase wallet so i am trying to move them out and all my transactions are stuck or whatever

In coinbase Wallet I have had the issue with the nonce. How I have solved this when stuck is go through Metamask, and send any amount (it can be 0.0000001 ) of eth from your wallet to your wallet and make sure you put the Agressive Gass fee. This has un stuck me several times
