Yes i know its literally $16 transaction i figured out i have a little bit of coins in an old coinbase wallet so i am trying to move them out and all my transactions are stuck or whatever

I would cancel the transaction and set the gas a tad higher. The long estimate likely comes from having to wait until the network usage drops to your paid gas fee.
