please breakout frame notis in the same way channels notis are

Channel notis are kind of cooked. Wonder if there's a better solution than just another tab

i guess i could reframe my op "please delete frame and channel notis"

i like trying out frames [usually reget it] and then i get shit like this and want to remove it but not motivated to go through that process
