+first Webshop ever - but have the coolest interface ideas so, let’s see how far we can push Shopify & how long it will take me haha

Slowly but surely making progress in understanding this whole Shopify game ↑↑

it really is a whole ordeal lol. im doing same rn, whats your plan for negotiating better shipping? before shopify i was using shippo, but figured i don't need that anymore

-Ask multiple (small!) producers for production + shipping offers (individual solutions – in person helps!)
-Get direct quotes from shipping companies (DHL, UPS, freight forwarders)
-Look for global print partners or fulfillment centers
-Produce in Asia to offset shipping - complex, but might be cheaper overall

-For US: deliver by hand at farcon to skip tariffs😂😂

PS: i never worked in supply chain before so i need to learn everything from scratch. If you have any good ideas jlmk
