Late night sprints ↑ Got way faster just by correcting my running posture / switching to forefoot running: Did a week of 3–4% incline treadmill runs. After switching back to no incline, I automatically landed on my forefoot - gamechanger for me⚡️

Just booked flights to /farcon-nyc – I'll be there May 2–9! Thinking of submitting a running side event on Sunday, May 4 at 9:30am in Central Park 🏃‍♀️ Surprisingly haven’t found any info on running events yet. Would love to sync in case something's already planned. Anyone know if more side events are dropping soon?
