Gym was totally empty today (it’s literally full 100% of the time every hour of the day) so I got to film and play around with some exercises I generally don’t do. Last quick set of decline press at the end of my chest day. 4x175 lbs. Current BW: 140.4 lbs.

Decline bench feels so weird to me… too much blood into head 🤣 I pick better options for me to hit lower chest, such as dip and close grip presses

I generally don’t do it but I wanted to film (literally just for /fitness) and it was empty, so why not? Big fan of close grip presses too
