Gym was totally empty today (it’s literally full 100% of the time every hour of the day) so I got to film and play around with some exercises I generally don’t do. Last quick set of decline press at the end of my chest day. 4x175 lbs. Current BW: 140.4 lbs.

Glad I filmed this so I can review my form. Did a remarkably terrible job of controlling the weight on the way down. I’ll chalk it up to this being at the very end of an hour long chest session (and tied some PRs on other exercises today, so I was feeling prettt good). Will try a more controlled 175-185 next time.

Decline bench feels so weird to me… too much blood into head 🤣 I pick better options for me to hit lower chest, such as dip and close grip presses
