How do other parents talk to their kids about Santa? We decided not to say for sure he exists/doesn’t, but instead just say “what do you think?” and encourage the kids to imagine possible ways he could exist or not. Curious how others approach this.

We’ve tried to keep the magic of Santa going as long as possible. We have yet to see any downside. Once our oldest figured out how the operation worked, we told her she gets to help create the magic. She loves it. And we bond over it.
