Rowing machine or spin bike? Rowing seems like the winner from a fitness perspective but Iโ€™m worried it will be more boring over time than biking? Recovering from ACL replacement and need good cardio options that are not running and repeatable on a daily basis.

why do you say rowing would be more boring than spinning? i like biking outdoors but for indoor i had a row machine (hydrow) and really liked it. but mostly stopped indoor cardio because i just canโ€™t. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

I assume indoor biking is more varied workouts and has stuff like zwift to keep it interesting but maybe not.

oh just saw this. Yeah, that's true - things like zwift seem great. My only real rowing experience was my hydrow, which did have fun classes, but different and probably a lot less common.
