Rowing machine or spin bike? Rowing seems like the winner from a fitness perspective but I’m worried it will be more boring over time than biking? Recovering from ACL replacement and need good cardio options that are not running and repeatable on a daily basis.
why do you say rowing would be more boring than spinning? i like biking outdoors but for indoor i had a row machine (hydrow) and really liked it. but mostly stopped indoor cardio because i just can’t. 😬
