Any tips transitioning back from paternity leave? Currently, I'm helping my wife with our newborn almost all day and night. I can't see how I can step away and get back to work and not have her go crazy with all the support that's needed...

Kids are learning machines and most of what you’re doing now will change in weeks/months & bring a new set of challenges/joy. Each of your responsibilities will ebb & flow as the family’s needs evolve. Prioritize communication & meeting your partner where they are on those hard days - better than logistical help
