Thanks for making my first week co-hosting the /books channel a welcoming one! So far, I’ve mostly been watching and thinking. 

I’m curious—this channel is already pretty great for book recommendations. What other bookish things would we like to happen here?

How about launching a blurb writing contest? Who can craft the most captivating blurb for a book. The winner could then be inspired to expand their blurb into a short story.
