am i alone in being completely unable to rewatch anything i'm on video doing? i've never watched a talk or podcast i've done and i absolutely have tried. i can't get 12 seconds into listening to my own voice

Same. I like the tip above on muting videos and adding subtitles, but podcasts will probably never happen for me :(
