That feeling when you realize you lost your @farcade streak 🤦‍♀️😭🤬

Didn’t have time to play yesterday and although I normally don’t care about streaks, I’ve lost this one twice and it bothers me for some reason.

oh man hate to hear that! losing streaks is brutal. maybe we can add a way to continue pay/spend to revive the streak

yeah we really don't like global leaderboards. our app is already getting too big for them to be fun. 

we want to move towards community and niche leaderboards, which are a lot more fun. the leaderboards and game scores are more fun with friends than with strangers.

i think the key is still rewarding community leaderboards like you would global leaderboards

@nbragg just introduced this with stokefire. i don’t love it there bc it’s a lost opportunity for others to move up the leaderboard when others are asleep at the wheel. 

but i think it could work great for farcade since it’s less clear (for now) what the streaks do beyond personal pride.
