Crowd pleaser from last night was the 5 portions of this fluke ceviche

Fluke tossed in a mix of creme fraiche, Fresno peppers, red onion, and parsley then mixed in with lime juice

Grew up eating right flounder (breaded, coleslaw, hushpuppies), and it took about 4 years in New York to realize fluke is left flounder.

same exact experience growing up until I moved here and saw a whole fluke in person at a fish market and was like ??? that looks so familiar
