Lately it’s been taking me about 30 minutes into my workouts to feel at full strength Anyone have any suggestions beyond stretching a lot longer before workouts?

i do a 30 minute low intensity Peloton cycling class before lifting for the same reason. it’s made a huge difference, warmups are underrated!
