Will democrats ever learn? There are no swing voters. People decide if they’re voting for their party or staying home. Appealing to anything other than your base does not work, that is not the political reality. How many times do they need to learn this lesson?

Different elections have different electorates. No president on the ballot. Without Trump on the ticket the republican base shifts. Or maybe I’m riffing I can’t tell I’m drinking.
