Back when I was in school I made this decision matrix to help me choose between jobs when I graduated. 

Looking back at it I was obviously midwitting it but sharing here anyways in case it’s helpful

Reflecting on the two answers I’ve already dmed you, which probably were both bad ideas at the time. I think I could’ve just used one variable: working with kind, hard-working, mission oriented people.

The biggest thing is lack of status seeking but maybe I’m just subconsciously regurgitating what Paul Graham said in his essay

Well before I was dumber so I couldn’t tell. I am less dumb now so maybe: not of status seeking, consistent life mission that reflects in their micro and macro values, and message me on slack at 2am LOL
