In honor of @giuseppe entering this channel 🤣 What are y’all’s kitchen cleaning tips? Especially to reduce the amount of wash up after cooking Recent tip from Adam Ragusea: instead of having the standard triple station for batter, just put meat in 1 container, strain, add starch, mix, add eggs, toss in panko

Also I like to have a separate vessel of blue dawn soap and a green sponge + grill screen. These are the way to truly cleaning pans. The material is very abrasive though. Basically I put the griddle screen on top of the green scotch brite and buff out every pan as we clean them.

It’s my favorite way to clean stainless steel/copper/ ovens/ polish stainless steel as well. Just takes a little bit to work the screen out so it is pliable for all the nooks.
